Find your order
Click Start Return or click My Account and select Order History. On the Order Details page, click Start Return or Exchange.

Select your product
Find the item you want to return or exchange. If the item was a gift, please check the gift box for an e-gift card for refund.

Get your return label
Print your labels and package your items. We will send you an email with your return tracking number.
Send back your return
Send your return to any USPS facility or we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed or defective items purchased on mychristiangift.com. mychristiangift.com items must be returned directly to the seller. . Items must contain the accompanying mychristiangift.com price stamp and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.

If our warehouse receives your return within 30 days of delivery, we will credit your original payment method. If received after 30 days, a mychristiangift.com eGift Card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card with the same points will be issued and emailed to you. Please note: E-gifts and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
